Ironman has been synonymous with triathlons and other extreme sports for decades. Now the company is working to tap into that legacy to inspire a new generation of athletes who want to swim 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles, and run a marathon in one day. We spoke with Scott DeRue, Ironman Group’s new CEO, on his vision for the company.
