The deal comes at an exciting time for the Women’s Super League, which has seen a flurry of investment from teams like Liverpool and Manchester United as well as an influx of talented players.
“There’s a growing demand both domestically and abroad for our brand of professional soccer. It’s different. It’s colorful. It’s intense and it features some amazing communities,” said Court Jeske, USL executive vice president.
The new agreement, which runs through 2022, aims to create another avenue for soccer fans to consume content, as well as get MLS content in front of potential new fans.
