The ticket marketplace reports that Warriors-Lakers have an average purchase price of $726. To get into the arena for Games 1-7, the cheapest average ticket price is $446.
Once the Lakers advanced into the semifinals, fans could purchase for LA’s first home game of the series for $298. TickPick notes that once LeBron James’ and the Lakers’ semifinals opponent was determined to be Steph Curry and the Warriors, the cheapest available ticket for LA’s first home game increased by 51% and now sits at $451.
California basketball teams have had surging ticket demand during the NBA playoffs, as TickPick recorded an average purchase price of $668 for Game 1 of the Sacramento Kings’ first-round home game against the Warriors.
