Despite spending most of his time in Atlanta and Oklahoma, Hawks superstar Trae Young is rubbing shoulders with the Hollywood elite in his new residence.

Young recently purchased a mansion, previously owned by former NFL star Clay Matthews, in Calabasas, California, for $20 million — the second-largest sum ever paid for a home in the Los Angeles county city.

The 14,000-square-foot estate is in the double-gated Estates at the Oaks community — where celebrities Britney Spears, Kourtney Kardashian, and Travis Barker also reside.

Young’s new home was constructed in the French Proverbial style with a contemporary twist, and contains seven bedroom suites and 11 bathrooms. It has two motorcourts and a partially subterranean garage with space for nine cars.

Inside, the mansion features a large wine cellar, a 15-seat movie theater, and a wood-paneled library with an 800-gallon aquarium designed for Matthews on an episode of the TV show “Tanked.”

Outside, the backyard provides a glorious view of the Santa Monica Mountains, and includes a saltwater swimming pool and sport court.

Young can certainly afford the new digs — in addition to his home in the Brookhaven neighborhood of Atlanta and his 8,000-square-foot estate in Norman, Oklahoma.

In 2021, the 24-year-old signed a five-year extension with the Hawks reportedly worth up to $207 million. The two-time NBA All-Star is also an investor in Underdog Fantasy and Overtime.
