Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford has sold one of his three Southern California properties for $21 million to an unidentified buyer.
The 15,000-square-foot Hidden Hills estate, which sits on two acres, has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Features include a theater, pool, two wine rooms, fitness center, and guesthouse.
The property also has a star-studded list of neighbors, which include Rams head coach Sean McVay, three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year Aaron Donald, and model Kylie Jenner.
Stafford is offloading the estate after just one year of owning the property. The former Georgia Bulldog bought the home for $19.6 million in 2021, marking a $1.4 million profit.
But the Super Bowl champion will be staying in the area after he purchased two neighboring homes previously owned by Drake in Hidden Hills for $11 million in April.
Stafford’s newest properties, which are close to the Rams’ practice facility in Thousand Oaks, are also close to Rams cornerback Jalen Ramsey’s $9.5 million estate.
It has been a profitable offseason for Stafford.
He signed a four-year, $160 million extension with the Rams in March that included a $60 million signing bonus and $135 million in guaranteed money.
Since being drafted by the Detroit Lions with the first overall pick in the 2009 NFL Draft, Stafford has estimated career earnings of $239.3 million, per Spotrac.
