After being traded from the Orlando Magic to the Los Angeles Lakers earlier this month, Mo Bamba is listing his condo in the former’s city for $2.9 million.
The home in the penthouse of downtown Orlando’s Sanctuary high-rise building covers 4,800 square feet with three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
The condo follows a dark color scheme designed by central Florida design firm Ted Maines Interiors, which is most heavily pronounced in the kitchen, with its black marble countertops. There is also a second catering kitchen.
The living room has built-in seating and a 110-inch projector screen for the TV viewing area.
The master bedroom features a large seating area, a spalike bath, huge closets, and a wet bar.
Outside, the space serves up views of the city from multiple angles, with the largest wraparound terrace and patio in the building.
Building amenities include a pool and spa area, 24/7 security, and valet parking.
In July, Bamba signed a two-year, $20.6 million contract with the Magic — a deal the Lakers will now take on.
