Brooklyn Nets forward Mikal Bridges has listed his suburban Phoenix home for $7 million after being traded from the desert to New York in February’s Kevin Durant blockbuster.

The Paradise Valley mansion spans 7,000 square feet and has five bedrooms, one of which is in a poolside guesthouse. The home’s backyard is stacked with a casita, oversized pool, private hot tub, and built-in BBQ.

Bridges originally purchased the home for $6.075 million in November 2021, according to KTAR News in Arizona. The 26-year-old is under contract with Brooklyn until 2026 as part of his four-year, $90 million deal signed with the Suns earlier this year.

Bridges has excelled since being traded to Brooklyn. He scored a career-best 26.1 points per game on 47.5% shooting in 27 regular season games before the Nets were swept in the first round of the playoffs by the Philadelphia 76ers.

Caffeine-based energy drink G Fuel signed a multi-year sponsorship deal with Bridges in 2022.
