One of the most luxurious venues to watch the British Open, which began on Thursday, is now for sale.

The Hamilton Grand Apartment 24 — a luxury enclave that overlooks the Old Course at St. Andrews — is available for $5.4 million.

The space, which is more than 1,700 square feet, is reportedly the priciest real estate per square foot in the entirety of Scotland.

In addition to a view of the Old Course, the apartment also boasts a seaside view. There’s a 24-hour butler and free access to a spa and gym. And of course, the apartment comes with a golf concierge.

The Old Course at St. Andrews is arguably the most historic course in golf history — and considered to be the oldest.

It has existed since the 1400s, and is currently hosting its 30th Open Championship. When not being used as one of the biggest stages in golf, the course is open to the public.

This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
