Ben Simmons is out and Nick Castellanos is in — and not just with their respective Philadelphia teams.

The embattled Simmons, who was traded from the 76ers to the Nets amid a swirl of controversy, has sold his 10,500-square-foot mansion in Moorestown, New Jersey, to the Phillies’ outfielder.

Though the highly customized six-bedroom, 6.5-bath house — which sits on a 1.78-acre lot approximately 40 minutes from Philadelphia — was originally listed for $5 million, Castellanos bought it for $4.55 million, according to Dirt.com.

Simmons originally purchased the home for $2.375 million in 2019 and then put in a host of custom upgrades, including a modern kitchen, candy room, state-of-the-art movie theater, gaming area, full-service bar, fish tank, and smoking lounge.

After stints with the Tigers, Cubs, and Reds, Castellanos inked a five-year, $100 million deal to join the Phillies in March.

Simmons, who is in the midst of a five-year, $177 million contract, is also reportedly trying to sell his condo in downtown Philadelphia for $3.1 million.

Last summer, he purchased a 12,000-square foot, seven-bedroom, eight-bath mansion in Hidden Hills, California, for $17.5 million.

This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
