Controversial Tomi Lahren Could Join Clay Travis’ ‘OutKick’

  • Right-wing provocateur could contribute podcasts and other content.
  • Lahren recently took aim at former NFL QB Colin Kaepernick.

Conservative commentator Tomi Lahren is poised to contribute to Clay Travis’ OutKick, sources tell Front Office Sports.

Lahren will likely host a podcast and generate sports and political content for the OutKick website and podcast network.

The controversial Lahren is currently a contributor to Fox News. Travis sold OutKick to Fox for an undisclosed sum last year

To warm up for her new gig, Lahren has been increasingly weighing in on sports.

When Colin Kaepernick signaled he would be willing to return to the NFL as a backup quarterback, Lahren mocked him on Twitter to her 1.8 million followers.

“Wait, I though the NFL was like slavery…why are you begging to be enslaved?” she tweeted.

The right-wing provocateur recently traveled to Talladega Superspeedway — birthplace of the “Let’s Go Brandon” chant mocking President Joe Biden — for a segment on “Fox and Friends.”

Lahren boasts 8.5 million followers across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. She could generate some of the heat supplied by former OutKick partner Jason Whitlock, who left after a dispute over money with Travis and fellow partner Sam Savage.

Lahren interviewed Travis about “woke” sports on Fox Nation in December, 2020. Last August, she made a guest appearance on “The Clay Travis & Buck Sexton Show” in Rush Limbaugh’s old radio time slot. She moved to OutKick’s headquarters city of Nashville two years ago from Los Angeles.

Savage declined to comment about Lahren to FOS on Tuesday. Travis could not be reached for comment.
