In a lineup packed with stars, Devin Booker owns the title of the highest-paid NBA shooting guard at $55.11 million per year. Booker inked his supermax deal in 2022 to stay in Phoenix. 2025-26 will be his second-straight year as the league’s top-paid shooting guard.
Paul George and Donovan Mitchell take second and third place on the list. George signed a four-year max deal with the 76ers in free agency, while Mitchell signed a three-year, $150.3M extension in 2024 with the Cavaliers. (His next contract could be a max extension worth $76 million a year, which would catapult him to the top of this list.)
Anthony Edwards is fourth. He makes just under $49 million per year thanks to a five-year contract extension that will keep him in Minnesota through the 2028-29 season.
Finishing off the top five is Zach Lavine, who signed a max deal with Chicago in 2022, but was traded to the Kings shortly before the 2024-25 All-Star break.
Falling out of the top five is Bradley Beal, Booker’s former Phoenix teammate. After collecting $50.2 million last season, Beal agreed to a buyout before signing with the Los Angeles Clippers for a more modest two years and $10.98 million.
