The Highest-Paid NFL Kickers in 2025

NFL kickers tend to be overlooked until they make headlines for missing a crucial kick. In 2025, kickers are among the lowest-paid positions in the NFL, but their value can be immense in close games.

Harrison Butker is the highest-paid NFL kicker in 2025, earning $6.4 million with the Chiefs. Last August, Butker signed a four-year, $25.6 million extension that will keep him in Kansas City through his 33rd birthday.

Butker has the second-highest FG percentage in NFL history at 88.6% and holds the record for most field goals made in Super Bowls with nine.

Jake Elliott of the Eagles and Justin Tucker of the Ravens are tied for second, earning $6 million.

Elliott signed a four-year extension worth $24 million last March, a big upgrade from his original contract with Philadelphia, which was for one year and $645,000. Tucker has been in Baltimore for 13 years, although he may not be for long due to sexual misconduct allegations.

Fourth is the Chargers’ Cameron Dicker, who earns $5.501 million. The 24-year-old signed an extension last August worth $22 million over four years.

Fifth is Graham Gano of the Giants at $5.5 million. Gano was originally undrafted, but has played for three teams over 16 years and earned $48.8 million in that time.
