While it’s still not yet officially known who will be the next owner of the Broncos, the candidates all have one thing in common: They want Peyton Manning involved with the team.

According to a report, the four finalists to purchase the team — including likely winner Rob Walton — have all spoken to the Hall of Fame quarterback about a role as a minority partner or advisor with the team.

It’s unclear if Manning is interested in joining the organization or how it would impact his broadcasting career.

In February, Manning and his brother Eli extended their partnership with ESPN through the 2024 NFL season to produce “ManningCasts” through Manning’s production company, Omaha Productions.

The five-time NFL MVP played the final four seasons of his 18-season career with the Broncos, including leading them to victory over the Panthers in Super Bowl 50 — Manning’s final game.

He was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2021.
