On3 continues to expand its college sports coverage.

Field of 68 founders Jeff Goodman and Rob Dauster will lead On3’s written college basketball coverage, sources told Front Office Sports. The writing for On3 will be under the Field of 68 banner while the latter’s audio and video content will remain independent, sources said. A formal announcement is expected early this coming week.

Goodman previously worked for ESPN, CBS Sports, and Stadium, while Dauster was a longtime college basketball writer for NBC Sports. They could not be reached for comment. A rep for On3 declined to comment.

Goodman’s daughter, Talia, is a women’s college basketball reporter for On3

On3, which is led by serial entrepreneur Shannon Terry, has made some big moves in recent months. The network acquired Rivals—which Terry previously co-founded—from Yahoo Sports in April, and is working with Yahoo on a content portal. The two outlets collaborate on a number of initiatives, including licensing the show hosted by rising star Josh Pate on both their sites. Pate also works as a college football analyst for ESPN.

In the past few months, On3 has added college football insider Brett McMurphy, former ESPN reporter Chris Low, and analyst Zak Herbstreit, the son of ESPN star Kirk Herbstreit.

This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
