FanDuel is looking to elevate some under-covered sports in the hopes that it can pique the interest of sports bettors.

Chief Commercial Officer Mike Raffensperger reportedly told investors this week that the company plans to buy the media rights to “under-loved” sports to air on FanDuel TV network.

Raffensperger said the company recognizes that sports betting activity increases with access to watching live sports.

The company’s new network, which launched in September, will offer more than 3,000 hours of games. It has already acquired the rights to broadcast basketball from Australia and China.

FanDuel TV is also investing in alternate programming by launching a morning show with Kay Adams, who previously hosted “Good Morning Football.”
