Earlier this month, Texas Tech made waves in the NIL realm after the Matador Club — an NIL collective — pledged $25,000 each to “virtually” every player on the football team.

Now, NIL marketing agency Level 13 is ensuring the university’s women’s athletes get equal treatment.

On Friday, the Lubbock-based firm announced that it would commit $25,000 to each member of the Lady Raiders basketball team.

It is believed to be the largest ever NIL deal of its kind for a women’s basketball team.

The set of deals will serve as a baseline for the players, who will then be set up for other NIL ventures, per local radio station KKAM.

Level 13 bills itself as “the next level in NIL representation,” ensuring that, namely, TTU athletes are getting the most from their NIL contracts and are being compliant while doing so.

The agency partners with advertising agencies and local businesses on the NIL deals, and has also created personal branding for several Texas Tech men’s basketball players.
