Chicago Bulls guard Lonzo Ball has purchased a $7.3 million mansion outside of Los Angeles — adding to several properties owned by the 24-year-old in Southern California.

The 6,200-square-foot home features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Ball’s largest property investment to date, it also has an AstroTurf lawn, fire pit, infinity pool, and patios on all sides.

In 2017, Ball purchased a European-style villa in Chino Hills, California for $5.2 million, which included a 1,2000-square-foot guest house, pool, and cabana. The property is now the residence of his father LaVar Ball and his mother, Tina Ball.

A year later, the second overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft bought a $1.6 million condo at the Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. Live.

Last March, Ball paid $510,000 for a vacant lot adjacent to his parents’ home in Chino Hills. After that purchase, he continued investing in Chino Hills, acquiring a five-bedroom home for $2 million.

So, it turns out that Lonzo is a bit of a real estate mogul. Who knew?
