The conclusion of the FBS football season on Monday night marked the end of an extremely lucrative year for the Power 5 conferences.

Power 5 football teams earned about $557 million worth of sponsorships this past season, according to a report by SponsorUnited. 

  • The Southeastern Conference earned the highest share at $156 million, or 27%.
  • The top five team-specific earners included LSU, Texas, Ohio State, Alabama, and 2023 champions Georgia.
  • A wide variety of companies earned the most deals, from Nike and Allstate to Ford and StubHub. 
  • From a category perspective, banks inked the most deals.
