Fundamentals: Women in Sport Business

Welcome to the latest episode of Fundamentals, a Front Office Sports interview show featuring leading operators and voices of the sports industry.

In this episode, presented by McCormack Department of Sport Management at UMass Amherst, alumni and faculty will discuss its newest course – Women in Business – which prepares women to be innovators in the sports industry and disrupt gender norms. Panelists include:

In this 30-minute discussion with host Jeff Eisenband, guests discuss the need for accelerated change, key learnings from working in the industry and how McCormack is actively cultivating a culture that supports women and their future career success in the sports industry.
