New Resource Helps Ticket Sales Pros Share Ideas

The sports industry has always placed a heavy emphasis on networking and personal connections. Having success in these areas can not only ensure the longevity of an individual’s career, but make it more rewarding as well. In a time when networking events are few and far between, Spinzo is helping ticket sales professionals stay connected to one another and find resources to improve their skills.

Ticket Playbook by Spinzo launched earlier this summer to help the world of ticket sales combat industry-wide lows as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. With the NFL and other fall sports now beginning, community and creativity remain key to rebuild a book of clients and prospects.

Through Ticket Playbook by Spinzo, members can attend weekly discussion sessions via Zoom and trade ideas with hundreds of other ticket sales professionals from across the industry. These conversations are led by experts with proven track records of success within ticket sales.

Themes for these discussion sessions have ranged from theme nights, to corporate groups, group sales renewals, and many more. Ticket Playbook members also receive access to recap notes from these discussions as well as full video recordings if they are unable to attend live.

Users can sign up for free today and receive access to these Zoom sessions as well as the Ticket Playbook member directory. An enhanced version of Ticket Playbook — the “Golden Ticket” membership — is coming soon, which will provide a deeper connection to colleagues and leaders in the sports world. This will include more networking sessions, private job seeking, and an industry forum as well as a private LinkedIn group.

“We are very excited about the initial success of Ticket Playbook as the NFL season is set to begin,” Emmanuel Elmajian, the founder and CEO of Spinzo, told Front Office Sports. “We hope ticket sales professionals will continue to find value in Ticket Playbook as we all continue to navigate these unprecedented times together.”

Whether you are currently in the sports ticketing world, taking a break, or aspiring to get in, Ticket Playbook by Spinzo keeps you connected to other ticket sales professionals and up-to-date best practices.
