IMG Learfield and KORE Software Come Together on Latest Partnership

The two entities have been working together since 2010.

Boise St. is currently one of the clients for IMGLTS that uses KORE’s software.

KORE Software announced that IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions (IMGLTS) has named KORE Software’s Ticketing & Fan Engagement application as its underlying CRM and business management tool.

In order to offer premier season ticket and fundraising services for colleges and universities, IMGLTS required an application that would help with their goals to bring a heightened level of intelligence, efficiency, and scope to ticket sales.

Since 2010, IMG College and Learfield have leveraged KORE Software’s Sponsorship application to manage their respective sponsorship services, which together represent hundreds of university athletic departments nationwide. In 2012, IMG College and Learfield formed IMGLTS as a joint venture to expand the scope of their services and offer new season ticket sales, renewals, fundraising, mini-plans, and group tickets for universities.

Boise State University, an IMGLTS partner, utilizes the integrated KORE Software. Senior Associate Athletic Director Dusty Clements mentioned, “We were excited to bring KORE to campus. It has proven to be an excellent tool in tracking interactions with our existing ticket holders as well as potential patrons. KORE has assisted our ticket sales, development and ticket operations staff to improve our customer service. Now we can operate more efficiently.”

One of KORE Software’s unique capabilities is its ability to integrate with any ticketing or CRM system. Now that it has been added to IMGLTS’s arsenal of tools, customers will enjoy deeper fan segmentations, enhanced business intelligence, CRM strategy and tactics, and real-time sales reports.

“Thanks to our decision to use KORE Software, we’re now able to unify our sales approach while delivering improved results on each university’s preferred CRM and ticketing solution,” said IMGLTS President Rob Sine.

In 2016, IMGLTS began representation of the following collegiate partners: Big Ten Conference, East Carolina, North Carolina, Purdue, Boise State, Oregon, Rutgers, the Mountain West Conference, Washington State, University of Alabama at Birmingham and Cal.
