Joey Bosa’s swanky Los Angeles home is up for sale after he headed out East.

The star pass rusher signed a one-year, $12.6 million deal with the Bills this past offseason after spending his first nine NFL seasons with the Chargers.

His 4,427-square-foot home in L.A.’s Westport Heights neighborhood has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The cover photo of the property, so to speak, features a beautiful pool and outdoor patio area. The chef’s kitchen is stocked with Miele appliances, and there’s a workout area, a cinema room, plus a wet and wine bar.

Bosa’s home was listed by Stephanie Younger and Chloe Nash of Compass; the full listing can be viewed here. Bosa purchased the home last July for $3.6 Million, according to Zillow. The property was first listed in late May for $3.995 million, and the price was lowered to its current ask last month.

In six games with the Bills so far this season, Bosa has two sacks and four forced fumbles.

Bosa was the third overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft by the Chargers after starring at Ohio State. He was the 2016 Defensive Rookie of the Year and has made five Pro Bowl appearances.
