Total ticket sales for Sacramento Kings playoff home games have more than doubled sales of their first-round opponent, the Golden State Warriors, according to data shared with FOS from StubHub.

StubHub says its average ticket price for Game 1 in Sacramento was $575, while Game 2’s was $450. Meanwhile, Game 3, hosted by the Warriors, has an average ticket price of $371, with the cheapest get-in at $203. Game 4’s average ticker price at Chase Center is $400 with a $264 get-in, while about 2,000 tickets remain available for both Warriors home games.

Game 1 in Sacramento’s Golden 1 Center was one of the hottest playoff tickets in NBA history and followed a record-breaking year for all-time NBA regular season ticket sales.

“The hottest ticket in the NBA right now is undoubtedly in Sacramento, where the up-and-coming Kings are taking on the veteran Warriors – this series is outselling the Lakers and Clippers series’ combined,” said StubHub spokesperson Adam Budelli.

Warriors-Kings is out-pacing the second top-selling playoff series (New York Knicks-Cleveland Cavaliers) by 20%, driven by demand from Sacramento fans as the team makes its first playoff appearance since 2006.

Also notable from StubHub Game 3 of Knicks-Cavs at Madison Square Garden is the remaining best-selling game of the NBA playoffs first round, outselling the second-ranked Grizzlies-Lakers Game 3 by 45%. Sales for Games 3 and 4 in New York have tripled the sales of Games 1 and  2 in Cleveland.

The average ticket price in Cleveland for Game 1 was $175, followed by $146 for Game 2, but ticket prices for Games 3 and 4 in NYC are averaging more than $500, with Game 3’s lowest get-in price at $2.
