#Verified; Players’ Tribune Launches Weekly Show

Ever wonder what a press conference with fans would look like? Players’ Tribune is going to do just that.

Starting today, fans around the world will have the ability to ask A.J. Green questions using the hashtag #VerifiedTPT. Green will then go live on Twitter at 7:30 EST to answer those questions.

This is the first in The Players’ Tribune new series, #Verified. Every Monday, a different player will offer insight into the questions that fans have about the life of a professional athlete.

Athletes will be live for 30 minutes a week, answering questions in real-time, offering a unique opportunity to see the athletes true personalities. With the many story lines that come and go throughout a professional sports season, this show should provide interesting commentary from a side that has rarely been allowed to be shown, at least directly from the players themselves.

After Green, the line-up of players for the next 3 weeks includes Minnesota Timberwolves center Karl-Anthony Towns, Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Mohamed Sanu and Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker T.J. Watt.
