Ever been to a Topgolf? If you have, chances are that you have probably enjoyed a drink or two with the people you went with.

Now, one of the fastest growing properties in sports is teaming up with Lyft to give their guests the opportunity to skip out on bringing their car.

The partnership between the two entities will bring Lyft to all 38 of Topgolf’s locations nationwide, establishing a Lyft pick-up and drop-off location in front of each.

For Topgolf, the partnership undoubtedly brings in new revenue, but also the chance to do creative activations in the form of anything that has to do with “drive” given the affiliation of the word with both of the brands. It also gives the property the opportunity to offer their guests another option when it comes to transportation, especially on weekend nights when the parking lots at the locations can fill up quickly.

“At Topgolf, we’re thrilled that our incredible guest experience will extend and continue even after you’re done playing, by getting you home safe and sound,” said Topgolf Vice President of Global Partnerships Rodney Ferrell.

For Lyft, the partnership will allow them to be front and center at locations that see more than 13 million guests come through annually and have become a hit for the millennial generation, a demographic that when going out for an evening with friends uses ridesharing services 70 percent of the time according to a report from ReportLinker.

“We’re proud to partner with Topgolf, coupling the world’s best transportation with an unforgettable night out,” said Lyft Vice President of Local Marketing David Mayer. “No matter how many golf balls you hit or Topgolf venues you visit, Lyft provides a responsible ride home.”

While still in its infancy, this partnership seems like a hole-in-one for everyone involved.

This field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
