With so many platforms, a target audience is critical to the success of a team or organization’s brand. Not knowing your target audience can be detrimental to a marketing strategy, it can lose followers and engagement. Take a look at the numbers above, these social platforms target different demographics and vary from age to gender to mobility vs no mobility. Posting a message on your social media platforms could be interpreted differently from a 35 year old woman compared to a 18 year old male. You wouldn’t publish content on Snapchat and then publish the same thing on Facebook. Those are two totally different platforms
Each brand is different when it comes to their target Audience and most of these platforms offer insights to help you reach your audience.
