HBO Max has announced that it is producing a documentary about the infamous Bishop Sycamore football program, the streamer announced on Monday.

It will be the second documentary on the subject, and will premiere in 2023.

The documentary, aptly titled “BS High,” will chronicle the story of the Ohio football program — that landed multiple games against top national high schools even though the school it claimed to be a part of didn’t exist.

The announcement comes on the day the scandal was blown open, when Bishop Sycamore stepped into the national spotlight. The Centurions played the widely acclaimed IMG Academy as part of ESPN’s nationally televised high school football program.

The Centurions were pummeled, losing 58-0 — which created a swirl of public questions surrounding the school.

The Ohio High School Athletic Association, which had been investigating the school for more than two years, later found that there was no Bishop Sycamore High School after all.  The coach, Roy Johnson, was fired after accusations that he was running a fraudulent program.

The association recommended that no one enroll in the program, as it was a “scam.”
