FOS Expands to TV More Details

Inside the Transfer Portal House

College football recruiting has changed forever. In the NIL era and transfer portal chaos, teams are looking for every possible edge. So one program tried something completely new.

They rented an entire Airbnb and turned it into a transfer portal recruiting headquarters.

For two straight weeks, coaches lived inside the house evaluating players, negotiating NIL deals, and trying to land transfers before time ran out.

Front Office Sports went inside the first-ever “Portal House” to see how modern college football rosters are actually built. What we found looked more like an NFL front office than a college recruiting visit. And the results were shocking.

Topics Covered
• How the transfer portal changed college football
• The NIL money driving player movement
• Inside Tulsa’s recruiting war room
• The business side of modern roster building
