British billionaire Jim Ratcliffe offered up a surprise $5.3 billion bid for Chelsea last week. However, other bids were reportedly higher.
The PA news agency reported that Russian oligarch and Chelsea F.C. owner Roman Abramovich has received several $4 billion bids for the team.
