Socios Becomes Blockchain-Crypto Partner for 13 More NFL Teams

  • Last November, Socios teamed up with the Patriots to become the first American football Blockchain-crypto-related partner.
  • Now, they've added 13 more teams to their portfolio, which will enhance fan accessibility.
Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

Last November, Socios teamed up with the Patriots to become the first American football Blockchain-crypto-related partner.

Now, the company has added 13 more teams: the 49ers, Bears, Browns, Buccaneers, Rams, Chargers, Dolphins, Eagles, Falcons, Giants, Ravens, Steelers, and Commanders.

The deal will give fans opportunities to receive access to exclusive merchandise and events, plus the ability to vote on team-oriented polls.

Socios’ app rewards program is world-renowned, especially in soccer, for giving fans an opportunity to build token-based capital. The more tokens, the more accessibility they’ll have for certain events.

But the company explained that its partnership with NFL teams is more “marketing focused” — the token model won’t be introduced to football fans just yet.

Socios is also a partner to 57 global soccer teams, 28 NBA teams, and 15 NHL teams.
