Hockey Hall of Famer Chris Chelios has listed his sprawling waterfront Malibu estate for $75M, according to The Wall Street Journal. The asking price would represent quite the coup for Chelios, who originally bought the home for $6M in 2003.

Set on Paradise Cove beach, the 3,795-square-foot home offers about 90 feet of Pacific Ocean-facing views. Inside the five-bedroom, four-bath home is glass walls for added ocean views, a private balcony, a walk-in closet, and a fireside living room that leads to an al fresco lounging and entertainment deck.

Chelios played 26 NHL seasons for the Chicago Blackhawks, Montreal Canadiens, Atlanta Thrashers, and Detroit Red Wings before retiring in 2010 and currently serving as a hockey analyst on ESPN. According to WSJ, the Chicago native and his wife Tracee are selling because they want a vacation spot closer to their children and grandchildren and are considering buying a vacation home on Lake Michigan.
