Football video game fans will be able to venture far beyond “Madden” this fall.

On Wednesday, the NFL and StatusPRO Inc. announced a new football game, “NFL Pro Era.”

The game boasts the first-ever NFL- and NFLPA-licensed virtual reality simulation that’ll be available on Meta Quest and PlayStation.

The experience gives a first-person perspective which enables gameplay through the lens of a quarterback via a 3D experience.

“NFL Pro Era” partnered with Ravens QB Lamar Jackson, who stars in the game’s trailer — which takes you inside the locker room and tunnel, adding stadium sights and sounds and simulating a team huddle.

StatusPRO Inc. raised roughly $5.2 million in investment money, including contributions from big names such as LeBron James, Naomi Osaka, Jimmy Iovine, and Maverick Carter.
