North Carolina football’s season tickets sold out in May despite a 25% price increase, and now single-game tickets are sold out, the school said Wednesday.
The Tar Heels landed Bill Belichick as head coach in a stunner last year, and all the drama around Belichick’s program has only driven interest. A long-planned documentary about Belichick and the team is set to land at Hulu, Front Office Sports reported last week.
Seeking their first bowl win since 2019, the Tar Heels have gone through a roster turnover of more than 50 players. Bringing in 41 transfers, the most in the ACC, North Carolina had the No. 3-rated transfer class in the conference and No. 9 in the country.
Belichick and first-year general manager Michael Lombardi landed four-star quarterback Bryce Baker, the No. 8-ranked signal-caller and a top-100 recruit. North Carolina signed the No. 36 high school class in 2025 with 29 enrollees, ranking it eighth in the ACC.
North Carolina opens its season hosting TCU on Sept. 1st, the first of four non-conference games.
