Cindy Kuzma is a freelance journalist with an MS in journalism from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and a BA in journalism from Baylor University.
She writes for The New York Times, Runner’s World, SELF, and many other outlets; she’s also the co-author of Breakthrough Women’s Running: Dream Big and Train Smart and Rebound: Train Your Mind to Bounce Back Stronger from Sports Injuries. She lives in Chicago.
