Front Office Sports Studios to be led by Emmy Award-Winning Producer & Filmmaker Pat Dimon
The studio will be a joint venture between RedBirdIMI’s Front Office Sports and BrightNorth Studios USA
NEW YORK – Front Office Sports, the leading multiplatform media and news organization covering the business of sports, today announced the launch of Front Office Sports Studios (FOSS), a joint venture with BrightNorth Studios USA. The newly launched production house is focused on developing FOS’s intellectual property for film and television. FOSS will also support branded content, bringing award winning creative to FOS brand partners across all platforms.
Dimon, an Emmy Award-winning filmmaker, will lead the new joint venture, overseeing production at FOS Studios across all scripted, unscripted, studio shows, and branded projects, and Dan DiStefano will serve as creative director. FOS Studios launches with a slate that includes projects in partnership with Skydance Sports, Paramount, Vice Sports, the Association of Tennis Professionals and U.S. Ski & Snowboard.
With FOS Studios, Front Office Sports further expands the reach of its industry-leading journalism.

Dimon is an industry veteran and the Executive Producer and Director behind fan-favorite sports projects, including Full Swing and 100 Days to Indy, and brings over two decades of production experience to FOS Studios. Dimon previously spent 8 years at HBO Sports and holds an international portfolio that includes work for Paramount+, Netflix, HBO, and more. Distefano in an accomplished producer with an exceptional track record across some of the biggest documentaries, including Destination NBA: A G League Odyssey (Amazon Prime Video), Full Swing (Netflix), Searching For Shohei (Fox), Cheer (Netflix), and Killer Inside the Mind of Aaron Hernandez (Netflix).

Day to day strategy, sales, and operations will be overseen by BrightNorth Studio’s Morgan Hertzan working closely with Adam White.

As part of the new joint venture, A Frame Productions, Dimon’s current studio, will be integrated into FOS Studios.
