Established in 2019, the Best Employers in Sports Award presented by FEVO, recognizes organizations across the sports industry that are doing the best for their employees. Whether it’s great leadership, a focus on diversity and inclusion, a good work-life balance, or even how they’ve handled the impact of COVID-19, the Best Employers in Sports Award looks to recognize organizations who do right by their employees even in the most uncertain of times.

Methodology
Our primary research partner Yrdstck created a survey with a specific set of open ended questions designed to uncover how employees truly feel about their employer and rate their likeliness to recommend this employer to a friend or family member.
Yrdstck formulated the questions and evaluated more than 1,600 surveys of open-ended responses. It used patented natural language processing technology powered by Canvs that taps into the world’s largest database of modern dialogue and virtually eliminates all forms of human bias when doing primary research.
In order to preserve the integrity of this award and eliminate any perceived biases, Yrdstck handled the entire research and analysis process from start to finish.
This year, only 25 organizations — the top 5% — received this recognition.
