    The U.S. could appeal the tenth of a point that denied Jordan Chiles a bronze medal all the way to the Swiss Federal Supreme Court. However it ultimately resolves, both the U.S. and International Olympic Committee are setting new precedents regarding disputed medals.

    Meanwhile, FIBA shut down a potential game between Big3 All-Stars and Netherlands’ gold-medal-winning 3×3 basketball team. Big3 cofounder Ice Cube had some tough words for the governing organization.

    Plus, Las Vegas police officers are threatening a boycott on working Raiders game over the NFL’s new policies around facial recognition technology.
