Sports-betting content provider SportsGrid is up for sale and has been getting pitched to potential buyers since this summer, Front Office Sports has learned.

The buyer will likely be a sports betting or online gaming operator, according to two sources familiar with the matter. One source says a buyer may have already been identified. The company’s anticipated value was not clear. The sale process is being led by investment bank Telos Advisers, the sources tell FOS. Representatives for SportsGrid and Telos Advisers did not respond to requests for comment.

SportsGrid offers a 24-hour gaming and lifestyle network. Its content is available to stream on TVs made by companies like LG, Vizio, and Samsung, as well as through FAST (free ad-supported streaming TV) platforms including Roku, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube TV. Its website features daily written news and analysis about sports, gambling, and prediction markets.

SportsGrid, a private company, has not historically disclosed financial figures or details on outside investors. Telos bankers have told prospective suitors that despite declining revenue since 2022, the company is poised to recover and grow through media licensing and sales deals. In 2022, the company generated $20 million in revenue, according to Inc.

Since its 2017 founding, SportsGrid has raised about $8.7 million from outside investors, according to Crunchbase; its most recent funding round was in December 2019, when it raised $6.2 million. One of its investors is Brooklyn Bridge Ventures, which invested in 2015. Other companies Brooklyn Bridge Ventures has invested in include Chorus, a matchmaking app for friends, and Ringly, which makes smart jewelry that can connect to mobile phones. Brooklyn Bridge Ventures did not respond to a request for comment.

SportsGrid’s potential sale follows the dissolution of its partnership with FanDuel, which began in 2020. That deal ended in mid-2025, a source familiar with the matter tells FOS.

Other SportsGrid partners have included golf influencer Paige Spiranac, who began producing content for the company in 2024, as well as radio host Craig Carton, whose daily sports talk show was syndicated on SportsGrid through a deal announced last year. A representative for Spiranac did not immediately respond to a request for comment on whether the agreement is ongoing. Carton’s deal with SportsGrid ended when he joined OutKick earlier this year; The Craig Carton Show debuted on OutKick in September.

SportsGrid has also worked with BetMGM, including having members of the sports betting company appear on SportsGrid shows. They extended their partnership in 2022, but BetMGM elected not to renew in 2024, a BetMGM spokesperson tells FOS.

Vela retired last year after a 19-year career that included a 2019 MLS Landon Donovan MVP Award.

  • Defending Formula One driver’s champion Lando Norris has invested in Seat Unique, a premium hospitality company in the vein of On Location that focuses on events in the U.K. and Europe. As a result of the bankruptcy process, Getty will become a privately held company.
